ISO 9001, 2015 version

Forginal Industrie has been ISO 9001 certified since 2003.

Our internal organisation has changed its quality management system to provide increased efficiency and maintain customer satisfaction, in terms of both product quality and delivery times.

This efficiency is the result of the constant involvement and commitment of the management.

The assessment of the risks associated with our activities ensures better control of each of our processes: from the raw materials supply chain, methods, testing and production, right through to dispatch of our forged products. This assessment and monitoring means that we can respond quickly to all those concerned if any risks are identified.

We are committed to keeping watch on standards, regulations and legislation, which guarantees that we comply with the very diversified specifications of our customers.

AD 2000 MERKBLATT – W 0

The diversity of the applications for which our forged parts are used means that we must ensure that our customers’ requirements are rigorously taken into account at every stage in the manufacturing process.

This consideration is applied right from the approval of our raw materials suppliers.

For the manufacture of forged parts that are to be incorporated in pressure equipment we ensure that we comply with the applicable regulations.

We are therefore responsible, under directive 2014/68/Eu Annex I, Section 4.3, for taking the appropriate measures to ensure that the material used complies with the requirements. Standard EN 764-5, 4.2 specifies the conformity requirements relating to the inspection documents for metallic materials.

Our increasing openness to export, in particular in Germany, has led us to add to our pressure equipment references with the German code on the manufacture and testing of pressure equipment, AD 2000 Merkblatt – W0.

For the petrochemical industry, standard NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 gives the requirements with which our suppliers must comply for supplying us with steel and alloys with specific properties suitable for their future use.
